I take full payment upfront unless the total amount is $150 or beyond. In that case, I will accept payment in parts
I take Paypal and Cash App
I will require your email if you are paying through Paypal, so I can send you the invoice
Trades (art, physical items, etc.) may be possible, but I have all the right to decline any trade before commission starts and expect payment
Once payment/trade is confirmed and both(or more) parties are in agreement I will begin commission

I retain the copyright to the image. This means that I, and only I, can make reproductions, sell prints, make revisions, and upload the image to any galleries that I may choose
An individual can buy the copyright for an additional price (The price of copyright will be double that of the original price of the commission)
In most cases, I will give the commissioner permission to upload the image to their online galleries, use it for icons, etc.
Any commission with any of my OC's and/or Sona you will not be allowed to buy the copyright

You must state in the beginning of our commission that this will be for commercial use (If you do not state in the beginning (Before payment) that this commission is commercial use it will automatically be considered personal use and you will not be allowed to sell my work)
All personal commissions can NOT become commercial commissions. If you want a commercial commission you will have to commission me again
A percentage rate will be expected for using / selling my work
Percentage rates vary for produces but will be discussed is the beginning of our commission

I retain the right to refuse a commission for any reason
If the commissioner should call off the commission I will refund them the unfinished portion and they will receive their work in whatever state it may be in
I retain the right to refuse to give a full refund after I have done the work

Send references, color palettes, reference sheets, anything regarding poses, and/or backgrounds. The more details you provide me with, the better the commission will turn out according to your wants
I will send you updates though out the process, please be upfront and give me feedback, I can not go forward with the work if you do not respond

AGE CONFIRMATION: Before discussing private details, I will require a photo of your ID. Cover up anything else besides your date of birth. I will also require you to draw or write something on a piece of paper in the same photo
MAPs OF ANY KIND will get blacklisted and an immediate block along with other hateful / similarly related things of this
